Assign Background Maps to Their Corresponding Work Areas and Folders
Now that all five background maps have been created, they need to be assigned to their corresponding work areas in ProjectWise Explorer. Because East City is the reference map, it is currently set as the background map for all folders and work areas.
- In ProjectWise Explorer, right-click the BSI200 – Peterborough Geospatial Investigation work area and select Properties.
- On the Spatial tab, in the Background Map section, set the background map to Use default map and click OK.

Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each of the following
work areas and folders.
